About the Course
This course teaches students how to understand, interpret, and use the vocabulary
of medicine effectively. Students learn to read medical charts, effectively communicate
with healthcare teams, and learn how healthcare professionals from all disciplines
work together to ensure accuracy, safety and efficiency in patient care.
Admission Requirements
Participants must be at least 17 years old and hold a valid driver’s license, as well as a high school diploma or GED, to enroll
in this course.
