We offer short-term training programs, work-based learning opportunities, career coaching, professional testing, and customized training for local employers. - College Career Readiness Request Form — For college instructors who want CCWD to host a career readiness session with their students. Sessions cover resume building, interview preparation, and other strategies to help students enter the workforce with confidence.
- Find Your Fire (K–12 Career Readiness Request) — For K–12 teachers or counselors who want CCWD to come to their school. We provide career readiness sessions that introduce students to different industries, workplace skills, and opportunities for the future.

- Skills for Success Interest Form – Sign up to learn more about tuition-free, short-term hybrid programs that combine online coursework with hands-on labs. Courses prepare students for entry-level careers in construction, healthcare, technology, and more.
- ProSkills Interest Form – Express interest in short-term workforce training and one-day certifications, including programs like Phlebotomy, Pharmacy Technician, AutoCAD, Forklift, and CPR training.
- Student Work-Based Learning Interest Form - Students can indicate interest in internships, apprenticeships, and other forms of Work-Based Learning that provide hands-on experience and connections with local employers while earning academic credit.
