Donny is an Oneonta, AL native and joined Wallace State in 2024. Donny is an international best-selling author, speaker, life performance coach, and founder of Ingram Management Group. He obtained his undergraduate in Management of Human Resources at Faulkner University, Montgomery, AL and his MBA, at Western Governors University, Salt Lake City, UT. He has provided training and coaching in soft skills such as engagement, sales, sales management, customer service and personal development for both government and corporate America. Donny served over 21 years with the United States Air Force and finished his career at Air University in Montgomery, Alabama. He is responsible for the development of “Engaging for Success” a corporate training program that focuses on human design, communication, and attitude.

Fun Facts: Donny’s moto for life is, “Choice not Chance Determines Success.” He is an Auburn football fan and enjoys spending time with his family. Donny has lived and worked in 15 countries and enjoys meeting people from around the world.

Audrey is a Hanceville, AL native and Auburn University graduate who earned a B.A. in Psychology and History in 2018. She then returned to school at Wallace State Community College, graduating from their Occupational Therapy Assistant program in 2021. Audrey then worked as an OTA in acute care for 3 years before transitioning to the role of Success Advisor. Audrey is passionate about education and personal growth. She understands that each student has a different definition of success - she is excited to meet each student, learn what success means for them, and help them pursue their academic goals.

Audrey lives with her husband, their son, and their many pets: a dog, 3 cats, and 2 chickens.

Fun Fact: As a kid, Audrey used to spend her Sunday afternoons rollerblading around Wallace's campus.

Kylie Moody is a Sumiton, AL native. She earned her Associate in Science degree from Bevill State Community College, her Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from Jacksonville State University, and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Kylie worked at the University of Alabama at Birmingham for 3 years in admissions/recruitment before transitioning into her role as Success Advisor at Wallace State. She is dedicated to assisting students in reaching their overall goals and supporting them during their time in college.

Kim is a graduate of Wallace State Community College, earning her Associate in Applied Science degree. She attended Faulkner University’s Accelerated program to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Management of Human Resources. Kim began her career at Wallace State working part-time while attending classes. She accepted a full-time position in 1995, working with the Dental and Pharmacy Technology Programs. While working full-time she pursued and earned her Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Phoenix.  Kim is a firm believer that an education gives one the power to change the world.

Fun Facts: Kim has a love for all things Auburn, WAR EAGLE! She is an avid sports fan, and spends most of her time at a baseball field, football field or high school gymnasium.  She also enjoys spending time with her son and the rest of her family.

Ms. McRea earned her Associate in Science in Business Administration degree from Wallace State Community College, her Bachelor of Science degree from Athens State University and her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of North Alabama.  She joined Wallace State Community College in 2004 as a Financial Aid Clerk and transitioned to the Center for Student Success in 2010.

She’s passionate about student success and working together to ensure students overcome any roadblocks they encounter during their academic tenure at Wallace State Community College.

Fun Facts: She is a faith-filled, devout Christian who enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with family.

Whit is a Cullman, AL native and has worked at Wallace State since 2008. He attended Wallace State and then transferred to Auburn University where he graduated with a B.S. in Finance. He attended graduate school at Troy University where he received his master’s degree in Public Administration. Whit has worked in Recruiting, Upward Bound and Advising and loves building relationships with students and helping them reach their goals. He is a firm believer in the transformative power of education and truly loves coming to work each day.

Fun Facts: Whit is a diehard Auburn fan and enjoys snow skiing, traveling, grilling, the mountains, and spending time with his family. Whit is proud to serve as the name reader at Wallace State’s graduation ceremony and has handled Public Address responsibilities for various Wallace State sporting events.

A Cullman, AL, native, Devan earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Faulkner University. She is passionate about helping students meet their goals and takes pride in serving her students and community.

Fun Facts: Devan is a big fan of Alabama football (Roll Tide) and can be found binge watching episodes of The Office. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, going on new adventures, and caring for her animals – especially her four dogs.

Drew Morton is a native of Cullman, AL and graduated from Cullman High School in 2018. He comes from a long family line of Wallace State alumni and continued that legacy when he earned his own Associate in Science degree in 2020. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Ministerial Leadership with a focus in Biblical Studies from Southeastern University, and he is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity from Rockbridge Seminary.

Prior to joining the team at Wallace State, Drew served as a student pastor and administrator for seven years within the local church. He also spent a couple years working in the live entertainment industry with world renown companies Premier Productions (now TPR) and iTickets. He and his wife, Anna Grace, who teaches high school math, have a labrador retriever named Marlee. In his free time, Drew loves going on long walks with his dog, playing basketball, reading books, and studying and teaching the Bible. Drew has a strong passion for investing in the next generation. He is passionate about helping students see their potential, set clear goals, grow in confidence, and pursue a path forward that shapes who they are becoming. He cares deeply about his work and considers it an honor to be able to support students on their journeys here at Wallace State.

Dakota is a Lawrence County, AL, native and graduated from Hatton High School. He received his Associate in Science from Northwest-Shoals Community College then transferred to the University of Alabama and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. He also received a Master of Arts from the University of Alabama in Political Science focusing on American Government. He has completed additional graduate work in History from UAB and University of Nebraska-Kearney with an emphasis on Southern/Birmingham History. After a career in Pharmaceuticals, Dakota began work in the Alabama Community College System in 2015 and started at Wallace State in 2018. Dakota's favorite part of working with students is building relationships with students and seeing them reach their academic and career goals.

Fun Facts: Dakota is a huge UAB Blazers fan and can be found at every football and basketball game in Birmingham. He's also an avid Miami Marlins baseball fan. When he's not watching the Blazers or Marlins, he is either traveling or staying active in playing beach volleyball, pickleball, tennis, running, and more.
