protocols. Practical labs simulate professional meat cutting and processing environments.
This is a hybrid course, combining online theory with an in-person, 8-hour lab that provides hands-on training and practical application of skills.
Admission Requirements
This course is offered at no cost. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in this course. No diploma or GED required.
