Employers can also schedule group CPR training days for staff to meet workplace safety requirements.

CPRAbout the Course
This hands-on CPR course covers life-saving techniques for responding to cardiac and breathing emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Students practice chest compressions, rescue breathing, and the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).

This is a 4-hour course designed to provide essential emergency response skills for both healthcare professionals and community members.

  • Community members who want the skills to respond in emergencies – Community members would fall under the Heartsaver First AID/ CPR/ AED

Admission Requirements
Participants must be 16 years of age or older.

Wallace State also offers the American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver First Aid • CPR • AED course for business and industry upon request. This course covers first aid basics, adult CPR, and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). An optional STOP THE BLEED® module (American College of Surgeons ) can also be added.
