HANCEVILLE, Ala. — Wallace State Community College received a Beautification Award from Cullman County PALS, which recognizes “businesses that work hard to make the Cullman area a beautiful place for everyone to enjoy.”
Wallace State’s 300-acre campus is maintained by staff from the Wallace State Agriculture Production/Horticulture program and Physical Plant employees.
“It is an honor to receive a beautification award for our campus,” said Jason Bynum, director of the Agriculture Production/Horticulture program. “The employees in the horticulture department and physical plant have dedicated countless hours to making our campus a beautiful and inviting place to learn and work. They are very passionate about how they perform their duties and pay attention to details. The beautification award is proof.”
